Terms

Payment for your accommodation will be taken on check-in when possible. We require a valid credit card for incidentals and security bond. We have the right to charge the accommodation in advance should we wish.

While we all like to enjoy a good celebration, we encourage our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 9pm as other guests may be enjoying an early night.

Please do not smoke in your room or inside the hotel. We have a smoking courtyard located just outside of the hotel for your convenience. If you do smoke in your room, we charge a cleaning fee of $550.00, should the fire alarm sound there will be another $550.00 charge.

Our hotel rooms are built tough, however please be careful with our fixtures, furniture, keys, televisions and coffee machines. There will be a charge for any major damage.

Please remember that our Cottage Terrace Rooms have a two-person maximum occupancy, while our Cottage with courtyard have a four-person maximum occupancy. Should additional guests be found staying in the rooms, we will have to ask them to leave. Before 9.00pm and after 7.00am we ask that visitors or unregistered guests wait to meet you in the Gimlet Bar. This ensures the safety and security of our guests.

We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations, so if you need to check out earlier than expected, let our Reception crew know to avoid cancellation fees.

The Warders Hotel is not responsible for items lost or misplaced in the hotel. For security, personal safes are provided in each room.  In signing this registration document you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

The Warders Hotel reserves the right to charge Guests’ credit card in case provided prepaid voucher of the booking Agent is not paid.

The Warders Hotel may charge a $ 250 bond upon check in.
